Amidst a vibrant atmosphere brimming with camaraderie and delight, families, friends, and esteemed guests converged at an extraordinary Annual Gathering Festival—a momentous occasion that surpassed all expectations.
On Saturday the 24th of June, brothers and sisters from around the country travelled to Cleeve House to join in fellowship at a worship service led by a team of second generation youth. The worship band, Upstream, led the congregation in lively and powerful singing to prepare for the message given by our brother Len C. reflecting upon his journey on his life of faith. Throughout the day our members, from young to old, had a lot of opportunities to catch up over a smoothie or soft gelato, play games or sports whether competitive or casual, listened to testimonies and participate in tea time with the trustees among many other activities. Even the younger audiences had an art workshop and a magic show prepared especially for them which the older audiences couldn’t stop but be mesmerized by.
We hope that you all had a good experience and we are grateful for all the volunteers and staff members that worked together to organise and prepare the event for the wider community. Let’s work together to spread the joy and love from this gathering to everyone until our next Annual Gathering Festival which we hope to be even bigger!
